Result of General Meeting and Share Consolidation
Location Sciences Group PLC (AIM: LSAI), the leading mobile location data and intelligence expert, announces that all resolutions were duly passed at the General Meeting held earlier today. As a result, the Company will proceed with the Share Consolidation whereby the Company will consolidate every 100 Existing Ordinary Shares of 0.01 pence each into one New Ordinary Share of one pence each.
Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the admission of the New Ordinary Shares to trading on AIM. Further to the Company's announcement on 19 November 2018 regarding the timetable of the Share Consolidation, the Company confirms that the updated timetable of principal events will be as follows:

From 8.00 a.m. on 23 November 2018, the New Ordinary Shares will trade under the SEDOL code - BGT36S1 and the ISIN Code - GB00BGT36S19.
Save as defined herein, capitalised terms have the same meaning as the Circular published on 2 November 2018, a copy of which is available on the Company's website, https://www.locationsciences.ai/.
