Proxama PLC (to be renamed Location Sciences Group PLC)

Company name change
Proxama plc (AIM: PROX), the leading mobile location data and intelligence expert, announces that from 8.00 a.m. today, the Company's ordinary shares will trade on AIM under the new name of Location Sciences Group PLC and the new TIDM of LSAI (previously PROX).
The Company's ISIN (GB00B2PKZ581) and SEDOL (B2PKZ58) will remain the same and existing share certificates will remain valid and will not be replaced.
