Notification of Board Changes
Laird PLC (the "Company") announces the following changes to the roles and responsibilities of two of its Non-Executive Directors.
Jack Boyer intends to retire as a Non-Executive Director at the conclusion of the Company's 2016 Annual General Meeting in order to pursue other opportunities. Mr Boyer is currently the Chairman of the Remuneration Committee and a decision as to who will succeed him in that role will be made in due course.
Dr Martin Read, Chairman, said: "I would like to take this opportunity to thank Jack for his contribution to Laird."
Further to the announcement on 29 October 2015, following the appointment of Nathalie Rachou, Sir Christopher Hum has stepped down as a member of the Audit Committee with effect from 1 January 2016.
