Total Voting Rights
For the purposes of the Transparency Directive, the Company's total issued share capital as at 31 December 2008 is 763,819,076 ordinary shares.
The Company's issued share capital consists of 763,819,076 ordinary shares of 1p each, with one voting right per share. There are no shares held in treasury.
The total number of voting rights in the Company is therefore 763,819,076.
The above figure of 763,819,076 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FSA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
