Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was notified on 14 December 2020 that Neil Newman-Shepherd, Group Managing Director, has acquired 7,449 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 556.90 pence per Ordinary Share.
As a result of this transaction, Neil Newman-Shepherd beneficial interest in the Company is 24,613 Ordinary Shares representing 0.08 per cent of the Company's total voting rights.
