Sale of shares by an Executive Director of LogicaCMG plc

In accordance with RIS notification required by DR3.1.4R (1) LogicaCMG plc ("the Company") wishes to notify the following changes in the interests of one of its executive directors, person discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs").

Mr Jim McKenna is selling 20,759 Ordinary shares in the Company for taxplanning purposes and intends to repurchase shares within the next few weeks.This follows guidance issued by the Financial Services Authority on 7 March2008.
