Purchase of shares by Non-Executive Directors of LogicaCMG plc

In accordance with RIS notification required by DR3.1.4R (1) LogicaCMG plc ("the Company") wishes to notify the following changes in the interests of six of its non-executive directors, persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs")

In accordance with the Company's new fee structure for its non-executive directors, the following Ordinary Shares of 10p each (the "Shares") in the capital of the Company were purchased by the directors on 3 March 2008. The following purchases also reflect an additional personal investment by Wolfhart Hauser.
