Merger update

Earlier today Leaf Clean and Trading Emissions made an announcement regarding a change in Moore Capital's position in respect of the proposed merger of Trading Emissions and Leaf. Further to such announcement, the Boards of Trading Emissions and Leaf Clean wish to reiterate their support for the merger which they believe is in the best interest of shareholders as a whole. The Boards of Trading Emissions and Leaf Clean reiterate their recommendation that shareholders vote in favour of the scheme and the resolutions relating to the merger.
