Voting Rights and Share Capital

Ladbrokes Coral Group plc (the "Company") confirms that as at 28 February 2018, its issued share capital, including shares held in treasury, comprised 1,948,128,557 ordinary shares of 28⅓ pence each ("Shares"). 

Ladbrokes Coral now holds 31,753,066 Shares in treasury, the voting rights of which are automatically suspended.

Accordingly, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 1,916,375,491. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator in calculations by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or changes of their interest in, the Company's Shares in accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
