Statement re:Offer Period

Following its announcement on 12 February 2013 that it had received a number of preliminary approaches, London Capital Group announces that it is no longer in any discussions relating to the possibility of an offer being made for the Company. Accordingly the Company is no longer in an offer period.

The Board of London Capital Group is confident of its future as an independent company under its new chief executive, Mark Slade.
