Issue of Equity

The Company announces that following the exercise of options, application has been made for the admittance to trading on AIM of 8,347 New Ordinary Shares of 10p each. It is expected that dealings in the New Ordinary Shares will commence on 4 October 2010. 

Following admission of the 8,347 New Ordinary Shares, the Company's total issued share capital will be 39,817,575 Ordinary Shares.
