NOTICE FOR THE REDEMPTION OF COVERED BONDS AND NOTICE TO DELIST THE COVERED BONDS ISSUED BY LEEDS BUILDING SOCIETY

(the Series 8 Covered Bonds)
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that on 09 February the Issuer redeemed in full the Series 8 Covered Bonds issued pursuant to the Leeds Building Society €7billion Global Covered Bond Programme.
Following the full and final redemption of the Series 8 Covered Bonds the Issuer intends to cancel the listing of the Series 8 Covered Bonds on the Official List maintained by the UK Listing Authority and the Issuer's admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange plc of the Series 8 Covered Bonds with effect on 12 March 2018 (being more than 20 business days after today's date).
