London & Associated Properties PLC ("the Company")

On 22 December 2009 the Company issued from Treasury 198,373 shares to cover issues under the Company's HMRC approved Share Inventive Plan (SIP) to directors and staff at 43.00 pence per share.

Directors and PDMR's receiving shares and directors' new beneficial holding totals are as follows-
