Directors’ Dealing and Share Buy-back

On 25 June 2015, John Heller, the Company’s Chief Executive, sold 133,333 of the Company’s ordinary shares of 10p each (“Ordinary Shares”) in the market at a price of 37.5p and the Company has subsequently purchased these shares in the market at the same price for holding in treasury.

Following this transaction, J A Heller has an interest in 1,796,886 Ordinary Shares representing 2.11% of the issued share capital net of treasury shares.

Following the purchase of these shares, the Company holds 567,952 Ordinary Shares in treasury and has 84,974,759 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares). This figure 84,974,759 represents the total voting rights in the Company and may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they can determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
