REVISED DATE FOR FULL YEAR RESULTS
Further to the Financial Reporting Council and the Financial Conduct Authority guidance of 27 January 2021, Lamprell plc announces a delay to the publication of its full year results for the period ended 31 December 2020. The results will likely now be published in late April/early May 2021. This decision was taken in consultation with the Group's auditors Deloitte LLP, in light of practical constraints due to the current lockdown caused by COVID-19.
This decision will allow sufficient time for the Group and Deloitte to complete their work in respect of the financial close and ensure the quality of its reporting is not compromised.
The exact date for the publication of its full year results will be advised on our website in due course.
