Directors' / PDMR Shareholdings 

In accordance with Rule 17 of the AIM Rules, the Company wishes to notify the following change in the interest in Ordinary shares in the Company ("Shares") of Mr. Peter Whitbread, the Chief Executive Officer of the Company (the "CEO").

The Company was notified today that Mr. Whitbread's wife purchased 30,000 Shares at 299 pence per share on 3 October 2008. Including these Shares purchased, Mr Whitbread now has an interest in 1,580,000 Shares representing approximately 0.789% of the voting rights attaching to shares of the Company.
