Kennedy Wilson Europe Real Estate Plc (LSE: KWE) announces that it was notified on 13 October 2017, that Mary Ricks, a director of the Company, was awarded 38,012 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company (Ordinary Shares) at nil price per Ordinary Share. The Ordinary Shares were awarded pursuant to a vesting of restricted share units granted to Mary Ricks. No shares were purchased by Mary Ricks. The transaction took place on the London Stock Exchange on 13 October 2017.
Following this purchase, Mary Ricks is interested in 217,934 Ordinary Shares representing 0.17% of the issued Ordinary Share capital of the Company.
