Director/PDMR Shareholding
Keras Resources plc, the AIM listed mineral resource company, has been notified that on 10 June 2020, Board Directors Dave Reeves, Russell Lamming and Brian Moritz (together, 'the Directors'), bought a total 11,000,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 0.14 pence each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares'). Following these transactions, the beneficial interests of the Directors in the issued Ordinary Shares is as follows:
