Berkeley Scott Group Plc12 November 2007 Berkeley Scott Group plc ("Berkeley Scott" or "the Company") Exercise of Warrants Director/PDMR Share Dealing The Board of Berkeley Scott Group plc (AIM:BGP), announces that, followingreceipt of notices of exercise of warrants, warrants have been exercised inrespect of 1,140,216 Ordinary Shares of 2p par value in the capital of theCompany, as follows: Tony Reeves, Co-Chairman, has exercised warrants in respect of 570,108 Ordinaryshares at an average price of 17.5p. John Bowmer, Co-Chairman, has exercised warrants in respect of 570,108 Ordinaryshares at an average price of 17.5p. Simultaneously, John Rose, CEO, has purchased 357,143 Ordinary shares at anaverage price of 17.5p. from each of Mr Reeves and Mr Bowmer. This purchase ispursuant to an agreement under the terms of his appointment in May 2007. Further and also simultaneously, James McHugh has exercised an option topurchase 178,571 Ordinary shares at an average price of 17.5p. from each of MrReeves and Mr Bowmer. This purchase is pursuant to an agreement between theparties made in May 2007.
