Directorate Changes

Further to the announcement made on 11 February 2015, Kellan has now concluded its Board composition structure.

Accordingly, Kellan announces that Tony Reeves is now stepping down with immediate effect as Executive Chairman of the Company. Richard Robert Anthony Ward, 48, has been appointed to the Board as Executive Chairman and Mark Andrew Darby, 51, has been appointed to the Board as a director of the Company.

Richard Ward has over 16 years' experience in the recruitment industry and 10 years as a Senior Executive Director. He has a solid track record of success in business growth, turnaround and change management and an in-depth understanding of multiple sectors, ranging from engineering, I.T, built, and commercial, to name a few. In addition, Richard has been involved first-hand in overseas start-ups and established businesses, both in Europe, Africa and Asia. He has worked for corporate, private and PE organisations.

Mark Darby has over 20 years' experience in the recruitment sector. He took up a number of operational and sales leadership roles at Parity Group Plc after successfully selling his own executive search and selection business to them. Mark joined the Group in 2005 and has played a key role in restructuring a number of the Kellan brands. He currently leads the sales operational side of the Group as COO.

Richard brings a wealth of experience that will be invaluable to Kellan; whilst Mark's promotion to the Board is richly deserved for his efforts over the last nine years with the Group.
