Berkeley Scott Group Plc16 May 2007 Berkeley Scott Group plc ("Berkeley Scott" or "the Company") Board Appointment Berkeley Scott Group plc, the AIM listed recruitment specialists, announces theappointment of John Rose to the Board with immediate effect. Mr Rose joins as Chief Executive Officer with responsibility for implementingstrategy and overall strategic development of the Company in conjunction withthe Board. John has 20 years experience of the recruitment industry and brings extensivegeneral management experience to Berkeley Scott. Senior management roles since1993 include; HW Group through its IPO in 1998 to Divisional Managing Directorwhen it was sold to TMP (now Monster Worldwide) in 2000. John then became MD ofTMP's Financial and IT recruitment businesses in the UK, was promoted to UK COOwhen Hudson was demerged from TMP in 2003, before becoming CEO of Hudson UK /Ireland in 2004. In this role he had overall responsibility for the recruitmentbusiness and over 800 employees.
