Kinovo Plc (AIM: KINO), the specialist property services Group that delivers compliance and sustainability solutions, announces that Caroline Tolhurst MRICS, Non-Executive Director, retired from the Board with effect from 31 March 2022.
The Company is pleased to announce that it has appointed Kim Wright as a Non-Executive Director of the Company ("NED") with immediate effect.
Kim brings significant sector experience to the Board and is currently Chief Executive of the London Borough of Lewisham and was previously Group Director of the Neighbourhoods and Housing department at the London Borough of Hackney.
Kim will join as a NED and Chair of Remuneration Committee.
Commenting on the changes, Sangita Shah, Chair, said:
"I am delighted to have Kim join the board. Post disposal of our construction business, it was critical that the Board has the requisite relevant skillset to assist the continued growth of the Company. I am confident that Kim will add huge value to the Board given her experience.
