Kiln Ltd11 January 2008 Kiln Ltd Posting of circular to shareholders Recommended cash acquisition by Tokio Marine & Nichido Fire Insurance Co., Ltd("TMNF") of Kiln Ltd ("Kiln") Further to the announcement on 14 December 2007 of the recommended cashacquisition by TMNF of Kiln by means of an amalgamation under the BermudaCompanies Act, Kiln announces that it has today posted a circular relating tothe Amalgamation to all Kiln Shareholders (the "Circular"). The special general meeting of Kiln to approve the Amalgamation is scheduled tobe held on 13 February 2008 at 4th Floor, Clarendon House, 2 Church Street,Hamilton, HM11, Bermuda.
