Kingston Communications(Hull)PLC10 August 2007 KINGSTON COMMUNICATIONS (HULL) PLC NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY DIRECTORS/PDMRS AS SPECIFIED UNDER DR 3.1.4R (1) 10.08.2007 The Company operates an Inland Revenue approved Share Incentive Plan whichoffers all employees the opportunity to participate in free shares, partnershipshares, matching shares and dividend shares. Under the scheme, we recentlyoffered all employees the opportunity to each receive 200 ordinary 10p shares inthe Company. The offer period was in July and the date of allocation of thosefree shares is 9th August 2007.
