KCOM Group PLC (the "Company") announces that, on 29 November 2012, the Company's Persons Discharging Managerial Responsibilities ("PDMRs") listed below sold ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company released to them under the KCOM Group PLC Employee Incentive Plan. The shares were sold at a price of 69.00p each.
The transactions took place in London and were notified to the Company in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R on 29 November 2012.
