In accordance with the Disclosure Rules 3.1.4R (1), KCOM confirms that the following directors were invited to participate in the Long Term Co-Investment Plan (LTCIP) for the 12 month period ending 31 August 2009 and have each accepted that invitation. The Plan was approved by shareholders at the Company's Annual General Meeting on 1 August 2007.
