KCom Group PLC06 November 2007 KCOM GROUP PLC NOTIFICATION OF TRANSACTIONS BY DIRECTORS/PDMRS AS SPECIFIED UNDER DR 3.1.4R (1) 06.11.2007 In accordance with the Disclosure Rules 3.1.4R (1), KCOM confirms that thefollowing directors were invited to participate in the Long Term Co-InvestmentPlan (LTCIP) for the 12 month period ending 31 August 2008 and have eachaccepted that invitation. Each participant has entered into a 12 month contract with the Company and thetrustees of the Plan to allow the individual to issue instructions to thetrustees during an open period. M Fallen, P Simpson and N Gower have elected tohave monthly share purchases made on their behalf and these may take placeduring a close period providing the individual does not vary his instructionduring such a period. KCOM confirm that the individual instructions to the trustees were given in anopen period, and none of the above participants have varied their instructionsthis month.
