Executive Director Appointment
Further to the announcement dated 4 June 2018, KCOM Group PLC (the "Company") confirms that Anna Bielby has been appointed as interim Chief Financial Officer with effect from 1 July 2018. Anna will stand for election at our AGM on Friday 20 July 2018.
Also, as previously announced, Jane Aikman resigned from the Board as planned on 30 June 2018.
