Non-Executive Director Retirement
Further to the announcement dated 7 April 2015 in respect of Martin Towers, KCOM Group PLC (the "Company") confirms that Mr Towers has retired as a Non-Executive Director of the Company with effect from 31 July 2015.
Graham Holden, Non-Executive Chairman, said "Martin joined the Board in June 2009 and has made an extremely valuable contribution to the Board in his time with us. As a member of the Board he has over-seen a significant transformation in the business over the last six years and we would like to thank him for his consistent contribution, constructive challenge and the experience he has brought to the Board."
Liz Barber, who was appointed to the Board as a Non-Executive Director in April 2015, will succeed Mr Towers as Chair of the Audit Committee with immediate effect.
