The company announces that on 24 March 2009 the following executive directors were granted awards over ordinary shares in the company of 2.5p nominal value ("Shares") under the company's Long Term Incentive Plan 2006 as nil-cost options. The awards will be exercisable, subject to performance conditions, between 24 March 2012 and 23 June 2013. No consideration was paid for the grant of the awards.
