The company announces that on 21 March 2011 the following executive directors were granted awards over ordinary shares in the company of 2.5p nominal value ("Shares") under the company's Long Term Incentive Plan 2006 as nil-cost options. The awards will be exercisable, subject to performance conditions, between 21 March 2014 and 20 June 2015. No consideration was paid for the grant of the awards.
