Update - Proposed Placing at top end of range - raising US$200m
Placing now expected to close at 5.00 p.m. BST today
Kape (AIM: KAPE), the digital privacy and security software business, is pleased to announce an update to its launch of placing announcement released at 7.00 a.m. BST on 13 September 2022 (the "Placing Announcement"). Kape is pleased to announce that following strong demand the Placing is now expected to close at 5.00 p.m. BST today.
The Company intends to raise gross proceeds of US$200 million, the top end of the indicated range of US$110 million to US$200 million.
Words and expressions defined in the Placing Announcement shall have the same meaning in this announcement.
