K3 Capital Group plc, a multi-disciplinary professional services firm providing advisory services to SMEs, announces that on 13 April 2022, Tony Ford's family self-invested personal pension scheme purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 252 pence per Ordinary Share (the "Purchase").
Following the Purchase, Tony Ford, together with his connected persons, has a total interest over 5,556,228 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.56 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
