K3 Capital Group plc, a leading business and company sales specialist in the UK, announces that on 28 November 2017, Martin Robinson, Non-Executive Director of the Company, purchased 32,400 ordinary shares of 1 penny each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") via his self-invested personal pension scheme ("SIPP") (the "First Purchase"). The Company was also notified that, on the same day, Jane-Anne Robinson, wife of Martin Robinson, purchased 2,000 Ordinary Shares (the "Second Purchase", together with the First Purchase, the "Purchases").
Following the Purchases, Mr Robinson, together with his connected persons, has a total interest over 36,900 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.09 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
