Digital Marketing Group plc (AIM:Β DIGI), the digital direct marketing specialist, has applied toΒ AIMΒ for admission of 466,551Β Ordinary Shares to be issued pursuant to the terms of the acquisition of Graphico New Media Limited, announced on 2 July 2007. Admission is expected to become effective onΒ 12Β JuneΒ 2008.Β
