Board Changes

Following the strategic review previously announced, Weare 2020 plc, the digital marketing group, today announces the following appointments to and retirements from its Board of Directors.

Martin Boddy joins as Chief Executive from 1 March 2012. Martin was a founder of Jaywing, a company acquired by Weare 2020 plc in 2007.

Andrew Wilson, currently a Non- Executive Director, becomes Chairman. Stephen Davidson, currently Chairman, remains on the Board as a Non- Executive Director.

Charles Buddery, currently interim Chief Executive joins the Board as a Non-Executive Director. Charles was founder of Dig For Fire, a company acquired by Weare 2020 plc in 2007.

Barry Jenner and Ian Robinson retire from the Board after five years of service and will retire in June 2012.

Keith Sadler, Group Finance Director, is to stand down after a replacement is announced and an appropriate handover period.

James Martin Boddy, 47 is a Member of West Window LLP. Martin Boddy has been a director or partner in the following companies during the five year period immediately preceding his appointment to the board of Weare2020 plc.
