The Board of Jubilant Energy announces that Ajay Khandelwal has resigned as the Company's Chief Executive Officer and has left the Board by mutual agreement with immediate effect.
The Company has initiated the process for appointing a new CEO and will provide an update in due course.
In the interim, a Committee has been set up comprising of Ramesh Bhatia, COO, and Vipul Agarwal, CFO, for the day to day running of the Company.
