In conformity with the Transparency Directive the Company would like to notify the market of the following:
As at 30th June 2024 the Company's issued share capital consists of 55,944,560 Ordinary 10 pence shares, carrying one vote each. The Company holds 1,853,152 shares in Treasury.
Therefore, as at 30th June 2024, the total number of voting rights for Ordinary shareholders in the Company is 54,091,408.
The above figure (54,091,408) may be used by Ordinary shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
