DISCLOSURE OF INTEREST IN SHARES
The Company received notification on 21 November 2008 that Aviva plc & its subsidiaries have increased their notifiable interest from 19,581,512 to 32,450,026 Ordinary Shares of 10p each in the Company, representing 5.07% of the relevant share capital. This results in their number of voting rights being 22,426,682 (direct) and 10,023,344 (indirect).
