Notification of transactions of directors/persons discharging managerial responsibilities ("PDMRs") and their connected persons.
In accordance with DTR 3.1.4R, Johnston Press plc (the "Company") announces that it was notified yesterday (in accordance with DTR 3.1.2R) that the following disposals of nil paid rights in respect of the Company's ordinary shares of 1p each took place in London under the terms of the Rights Issue announced by the Company on 9 May 2014.
