REPURCHASE OF SHARES

Managed Income

The Company has today purchased 99,810 Managed Income shares into Treasury at 98.31 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction, the Company holds 11,085,051 Managed Income shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Income shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury 73,136,188.

 

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.

 

Managed Growth

The Company has today purchased 10,974 Managed Growth shares into Treasury at 983.36 pence per share.

 

Following the transaction, the Company holds 3,771,223 Managed Growth shares in Treasury. The remaining Managed Growth shares in issue less the total number of Managed Income shares in Treasury 26,815,695.

 

The Company will only re-issue shares held in Treasury at a premium to net asset value.
