In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, the Board of JPMorgan Mid Cap Investment Trust plc announces the retirement of Margaret Littlejohns at the conclusion of the Company's Annual General Meeting held on Wednesday 30th October 2019.
The Chairman stated: 'On behalf of the Board, I would like to thank Margaret for the substantial contribution that she has made to the Company during her tenure. Margaret's clear thinking and ability to question all areas concerning the Company and its operations has added significantly to the Board's deliberations. We wish her well for the future'.
Margaret Payn will succeed Margaret Littlejohns as Chairman of the Audit & Risk Committee.
