SCRIP DIVIDEND SHARES - ADDITIONAL LISTING
The JLIF Board wishes to confirm the following in respect of the scrip dividend:

Dividend amount per share: | 3.00 pence |
Scrip dividend price per share: | 105.85 pence |
Payment date/Allotment of scrip: | 21 October 2011 |
Number of new shares issued: | 1,057,020 |
Total number of JLIF shares in issue at 21 October 2011: | 297,787,020 |
Application has been made to the United Kingdom Listing Authority (UKLA) and the London Stock Exchange (LSE) for 1,057,020 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in the capital of JLIF to be admitted to the Official List of the UKLA and to be traded on the main market of the LSE.
These ordinary shares are to be issued as a scrip dividend alternative to receiving a cash dividend in respect of the 2011 First Half Dividend and dealings are expected to commence on 21 October 2011.
The Company announced a pre-emptive open offer to existing shareholders on 28 September 2011. The record date for such open offer was 26 September 2011 and consequently the scrip dividend shares will have no entitlements under the open offer
