Shares held in Treasury

In accordance with AIM Rule 17, the Company wishes to confirm that, subsequent to an in-specie dividend received from its Investment Manager, Juridica Capital Management Limited, with effect from 27 November 2013, the Company received 126,607 of its own ordinary shares. These shares are all held as Treasury shares.

Accordingly:

(i) The Company holds 6,126,607 ordinary shares as Treasury shares; and

(ii) The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding shares held as Treasury shares) is 104,575,147.
