Directors' shareholdings

The Company has been informed that on 22 February 2010 Juridica Capital Management Limited (the "Manager") instructed transfers of 16,250 Ordinary Shares in the Company to various employees of the Manager as incentive payments for nil consideration.

Following this transaction Juridica Capital Management Limited's shareholding in the Company is 1,468,250 shares representing 1.3% of the Company's current issued share capital
