Listing of shares to satisfy shares under International Share Incentive Plan
Just Eat plc (the "Company") announces that an application has been made to the UK Listing Authority for a block listing of 150,651 ordinary shares of £0.01 each in the Company ("Shares") on the Official List and to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to trading.
The listing consists of 150,651 Shares to be issued in relation to existing awards under the Just Eat International Share Incentive Plan. When issued, the Shares shall rank equally with the existing issued shares of the Company. Admission is expected to occur on the 15 March 2017.
