Statement re Media Speculation

Bluejay Mining plc, the AIM and FSE listed company with projects in Greenland and Finland, notes the recent speculation regarding a potential fundraise and can confirm that it is in the process of concluding a fundraising of ÂŁ17m at a price of 22p.

A further announcement will be made as and when appropriate.
