PIPELINE UPDATE
13 July 2026: IXICO plc (AIM: IXI), IXICO, a global leader in neuroscience imaging and biomarker analytics, using its AI-driven platform to help advance drug development and diagnostics in neurological disorders, notes the continued evolution of the Huntington's disease (HD) landscape, an area of particular interest.
HD remains one of the most active and well-funded areas of neuroscience drug development, alongside Alzheimer's and Parkinson's disease. Investment continues across both established and emerging therapeutic approaches, supporting an increasingly diversified pipeline of clinical programmes for IXICO and hope for patients.
As announced in its Half Year Results, IXICO secured £8.0 million of new HD programme awards by new and existing clients during the first half of FY26. Since the half year, two existing HD programmes supported by IXICO have been discontinued by their sponsors, reducing the Company's contracted order book by approximately £1.5 million over the next two financial years. Following these changes, IXICO's order book remains 21% above the FY25 year-end level, a solid increase reflecting the above described positive dynamics.
While programme descoping is always a sad moment for the medical community, it is a normal feature of clinical drug development and is reflected in the Company's forecasting together with the newer incoming pipeline opportunities across a broad array of neurology indications and recently created "TechBio" channels.
The Board confirms that its recently upgraded FY26 and its FY27 revenue guidance remain unchanged and continues to expect the Company to meet or exceed market expectations.
