Director's share purchase

Imperial Innovations Group plc (AIM: IVO, "Innovations", "the Group") was informed yesterday that Mr David Newlands, who will become a non-executive director and chairman of the Group on 1 August 2016, yesterday purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of 3 and 1/33 pence each in the capital of the Group at an average price of 421.1 pence per share.

Following this purchase, the total holding of Mr Newlands in the capital of the Group is 100,000 ordinary shares, representing approximately 0.06% of the Group's total issued voting share capital.
