The Company was informed on 19 May 2009 that Dr David Allen, a non-executive director of the Company, on 19 May 2009 purchased 4,313 Ordinary shares of 3 and 1/33 pence each at 345p per share, representing approximately 0.007% of the Company's total issued voting share capital.

This represents Dr Allen's total holding in the Company's issued share capital.
